• EXTENSION BRAIDING HAIR IS PROVIDED WITH SERVICE. Let me know the color or color mix you want at least 1 week before your appointment. if you would like to bring your own hair, let me know before your appointment

• I don’t provide braiding hair for styles like: faux locs, passion/ spring twist, French curls braids, or crochet braids. If you really need me to get those hair it will be an extra $50 charge.

• Remaining balance is due before the service is done.

• LATE FEE OF $20 will be charged if you are 30 MINUTES LATE TO YOUR APPOINTMENT ( let me know if you will be a few minutes late)

• If you are more than an hour late to your appointment, then your appointment will be cancelled

• Please come with CASH or ZELLE for the balance payment.

• KINDLY WASH and properly blow-dry your hair

• Please do not dye or perm your hair 48 hours before your appointment.

• Please note that results vary depending on your hair texture and other factors.

• Expect to stay longer or not, it all depends on how long it will take to finish. It is advisable not to have an appointment in a few hours after your braids appointment to avoid any misunderstanding.

• No extra guests

• An extra fee of $30 to $50 might be charged depending on your length. Please send a picture of your hair before booking those services if you have SHORT HAIR.

• Please text me if your style or length preference is not on my booking site.

• PLEASE NOTE: If planning to bring your own hair, please buy pre-stretched expression brand or pre-stretched freetress braiding hair. Get the inches according to your braids’ length. Ask me if you do not know what length to buy or if you cannot use the braiding hair I recommend.

• NB: Communicate with me within 48 hours when you are not satisfied with your braids. We do not offer refunds, but we will always fix what is wrong with your hair.

• TEXT messages are the best way to communicate with us.
